Brighton

Brighton is a fantastic city to study English. Each year is full of young people from all places who decide to go there because of its atmosphere, fun and culture. It is the favorite destination of the British for their holidays. It is the most beautiful coastal town in England. In Brighton you can visit museums, see the historic Royal Pavilion, take a picture in The Brighton Pear, shopping in its busy streets, enjoy a day at the beach, or play in parks .

There is a lot of culture to be experienced in Brighton. To begin, the Brighton Dome, which is part of the historic pavilion estate, plays host to a year round schedule of music, theatre and dance. The Royal Pavilion is also a great place to experience some culture, take a look inside this magnificent palace and be amazed by the décor and art work! There is also a lot of famous street art in Brighton featuring work from the famous Banksy! 

The seafront in Brighton is extremely beautiful and lively - it’s a great place to spend the day relaxing and having fun. During the day there are plenty of lively bars open as well as plenty of restaurants where you can find some traditional fish and chips! The pier is also a wonderful place to visit with big arcades, rides and plenty of attractions for everyone to enjoy!

PREPARATION COURSE FOR CAMBRIDGE FCE AND CAE EXAMS.

The Cambridge exams are well known around the world. They have an excellent reputation and are recognised by every University, employers, and national education authorities. 

During the course you will do tests and simulations, and practice every skill in conditions similar to those of the exam.

You can do the preparation course for 15 or 20 hours per week.

ACCOMMODATION

Student House ( Terrie’s)

Terrie´s student house can be found in the centre of Hove, a 15 minute walk from the school. It offeres single or double bedrooms. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared. All of the bedrooms are very light and have been renovated very recently.

There is a daily cleaning service in the common areas, and they change the sheets once a week. Wifi connection available.

Host Family
Host families are carefully selected. Living in a host family gives you the opportunity to continue practicing English at home , plus the experience to know the customs and culture of English families. Some of our families are young and we also have some retired people, all of them would try to make you feel as another member of the family.
Families offer breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday and breakfast and lunch during the weekends. Most of our families live in the suburbs of the city with good public transport connections to the school.

This new residence is situatied a few steps away from Churchill Sqaure, the main shopping area. The bedrooms are fully furnished to a high standard. The residence can be found close to a large variety of shops, cafes, bars, discos, cinemas and big supermarkets. The beach is a 10 minute walk away.
There are excellent transport connections with the rest of the city, and this accommodation can be found a few steps from Brighton station with regular trains to London.
The residence has internet conexion, private bathroom, laundry facilities, kitchen, kitchen utensils and security service. Towels and bed-linen are probided.
