Why?
In most countries, a period of internship is a mandatory part of the curriculum and one of the requirements for successful graduation of the respective major. But in the majority of cases, the internship programs are arranged only at small companies in the same local area. Many students wish for a bigger and more reputable company, and simultaneously would like to acquire this experience in different countries.
Precisely because of their lack of connections and opportunities, our company focuses on the internships sector. We step in to connect the students with international companies.
As a result, the student has the chance to obtain solid experience at a recognized company, making her/him a better professional by developing the skills and increasing the knowledge in his/her major, while practicing or learning a new foreign language.
The program
We offer 3, 6 or 12 month programs. In the case of 6 and 12 months it is possible to work at 2 different companies and destinations or more for the same price.
Each company has its own conditions, some of the internship programs are paid but most of them are not. Some companies provide accommodation, meals, or language courses, etc., but the decision is always at the discretion of the company.
The student will undergo a continuous training. The companies will teach the student everything necessary to improve the performance and develop his/her relevant skills. The main goal of this program will always be developing, increasing and multiplying the
professionalism and skills of the student, in order to provide them with opportunities for the future. Go Global´s mission is to assist in developing the students’ careers.
Companies?
Go Global is cooperating with widely recognized companies of high reputation, located (headquarters, office, branch) in major cities. The most in-demand areas are: international business, finance, marketing, logistics, consulting, accounting/audit, sales, law… But we cooperate with companies in virtually all sectors, so everyone is welcome to apply, Go Global will try its best to find the most suitable offer for each candidate.
Destinations?
The companies are located mainly in big cities, such as Shanghai, New York, Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Sydney, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Dubai, Beijing, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires or similar. At the same time, Go Global counts on the agreements with companies in different countries in Europe, South and North America, Asia and Oceania.
Thanks to the ongoing development of new agreements between the companies and Go Global, new partners are being constantly added to the existing pool of choices.
Validation for study purposes
Since for many of the students the internship period will coincide with studies at their university, it must be noted that it is very easy to validate it as part of the mandatory internship required by (mainly private) universities, usually consisting of just a signed document between the company and the university, and an internship contract between the company and the student.
In case of public universities, it is also very straightforward, and can be applied for before or after taking the internship program. If it is before the start of the internship, the university and the company must sign a very simple agreement, whose sample is usually available for download at the university’s website. Then, the common procedure is followed, because the company will already have been linked to the university. If the validation is done after the program, it generally works in the same way as applying for the recognition of modules from a previous bachelor course. In this case, it is necessary to attach an application letter with the internship contract, and if it is possible, a document from the company, signed and stamped by a person in charge, consisting of the time period, work hours, functions, location, etc. It is possible to apply for this recognition since the program is finished until even 4 years later or more.
In case any assistance is required during the application process, Go Global will always try to help and intermediate between the student and the university.
Steps
- Apply or contact us.
- Go Global will contact the candidate in order to check if he fits the requirements, preferred destinations, etc.
- If the applicant fits the requirements, 190 Euros will be paid as deposit.
- Depending on profile, Go Global will start to look for a suitable company.
- Skype interviews with companies will be arranged (maximum 7).
- After successful interview, the three parties contract will be signed.
- The rest of the payment will be paid by the applicant to Go Global
- If necessary, Go Global will help the student if necessary with accommodation, visa, etc.

Diploma
Go Global will provide a diploma upon request, mentioning the program duration, functions and company in which the program has been taken.
At the end of the program, the company will give each intern a document, indicating the work hours, functions, duration, workplace and feedback.
In some cases, and if the company agrees, there is the possibility that the intern obtains a recommendation letter, a very useful document for future job opportunities.
